LEY SILLA

Es oficial, la reforma a la Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT) denominada “Ley Silla” fue aprobada en el Senado de la República este 04 de diciembre de 2024 El Senado de la República avaló por unanimidad en lo general y lo particular la reforma a la Ley Federal del Trabajo (LFT) conocida como “Ley Silla”, la cual obliga a los empleadores a proveer descanso a trabajadores durante su horario laboral.
